All Sales Are Final

  1. No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final upon delivery. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been delivered to you.

Warranty

12-Month Warranty on Plants

  1. Coverage: We offer a 12-month warranty on our plants for issues arising from fungus or disease.

  2. Proof Required: To claim the warranty, you must provide proof of the fungus or disease affecting the plant.

  3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues resulting from neglect, including inadequate watering or improper care.

Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Products

  1. Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide detailed photos of the damage or defect.

  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the reported issue and, if verified, will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.

  3. Non-eligible Issues: Damages or defects reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders

  1. Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you.

  2. Return of Incorrect Product: You may be required to return the incorrect product in its original condition and packaging.

Care Instructions

Proper Plant Care

  1. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing proper care to the plants. Instructions for plant care will be provided with your purchase.

  2. Neglect: Our warranty and return policies do not cover issues resulting from neglect, such as inadequate watering, insufficient sunlight, or improper care.
